welcome to my vibrant world

nature, texture, iceland, moody, photography, otherworldly iceland, underground, underworld, otherwordly, woodland,

My journey with embroidery began at the age of five, when I received my first embroidery kit from my Grandmother, Madam Tien Dan. In 2014, I moved to Hoi An, Central Vietnam, where I founded Meo Meo Atelier—a space devoted to the research and practice of Vietnamese embroidery heritage. Since then, my work has evolved into a multidisciplinary practice in visual arts, centered on hand embroidery.

My art is inspired by what I love and am passionate about: Vietnamese culture heritage, the nature around me, and the liberation of one’s heart and mind.

I have drawn inspiration from both contemporary artisans and antique artifacts, studying ancient techniques and uncovering stories embedded within each piece.

Regular exchanges with experts and practitioners across various fields have enriched my perspective, fostering a cross-functional approach to textile art.

Through field trips to craft villages across Vietnam, I document endangered textile traditions, mapping the intricate wisdom that has been passed down for generations.

Workshops and exhibitions, both locally and internationally, have connected me with the global textile community, creating a dialogue between heritage and innovation.

Since 2021, my work has grown to explore the intersection of art, ecology, and cultural identity—crafting pieces that celebrate tradition while opening pathways to new expressions.
